Hardware question

        I have an alpha 2100 with DU 3.2D-2.
        It has 3 cpu 21164.
        It is working ok.
        The problem occurs only one time. The server hangs up with the
following message at display, "21164 TIMEOUT"
        This is a new message added to the power-up/diagnostic display.

        I do not know the meaning ?
        Can someone help me ?
