[Q] disk problem?

Hi managers,

on one of our machines I got about 20 of the following messages in 4 seconds:

Is this the very early appearence of a dying disk or of a bad SCSI
subsystem. We got a couple of CAM SCSI error messages concerning the
tape.

Any help would be welcome.
