It's configured by default. It's called UFS in Digital documentation. It's
the same things as what you're looking for.

The Digital UNIX "UFS" file system is Digital's implementation of Berkeley
Fast File System. If you have a 4.2BSD compatible file system on a disk,
you should be able to mount it on Digital UNIX as a UFS file system.

Use newfs to create a file system on a disk partition and
then use mount to mount.  UFS, the default file system on
Digital UNIX is a Berkeley Fast File System implementation.
