Command line interface for dtmail?

Hello managers,

        Does anyone know if there exists a command line interface for
dtmail-style mail folders (in DU 4.0) ? After browsing dtmail's online
help, I see that dtmail-style mail folders are different than
dxmail/MH-style mail folders: hence the conversion utility.

Dtmail looks nice, but what do you do if you're not logging in from
an X terminal?
