Printing Banner pages (2nd Try)

Dear Managers,

My printing setup here is very basic. After each job, a page with details of
the username, Host name, Class and Job name;. each on one line, are printed
at the top left hand corner of the paper.

How do I setup a banner page, to print on a whole page, with the username +
some other details are printed in a banner format, before the job itself is
printed? I am using DU 3.2C, and have a remote printer setup using an HP
Laserjet 4M Plus.
