I tired waiting for APC to respond to my E-Mail, so I called them directly.
The bottom line is their product doesn't work with enhanced security enabled
and TCP/IP support turned on. If you turn off TCP/IP support (in the
powerchute.ini file), the S/W won't prompt for passwords, since it is local
access only.
