What am I doing wrong in the below described LVM encapsulation process ?
Can one of you perhaps help me out here ?

The creation of LSM volumes for LVM Volume Group vg1 failed.
The original fstab in in /etc/vol/reconfig.d/lvm.d/fstab.orig
Updating /etc/fstab.
