"Processor corrected errors"?

This may be a hardware issue rather than a UNIX issue, but I wonder if anyone
can shed some light on this. My dxconsole reports at login:

"WARNING: too many processor corrected errors detected on cpu0. Reporting
suspended.
Machine check error corrected by processor."
