Fujitsu 2954SYU 4GB drive and DU 3.2c

I am using a Fujitsu 2954SYU on a Alpha 400 with Digital Unix 3.2c
I used RZ29 type in disktab..
The drive seems to work fine but I sometimes get the following message:

free inode /work3/922300 had 96 blocks

if someone is using this drive and had the same problems please
let me know what solution you found to this
this is my news drive and is quite heavily used.. So I would not like
to loose data..
I did already a fsck -o on the drive and it fixed some errors
I wonder why it is making more errors now ?
