Pop3 server for virtuals domains and users ?

I'm trying to configure a pop3 server, not the DEC one (MH subset), on
an AlphaStation Dec-Unix 3.2D with C2 security.
I use qpopper 2.1.4r3 with the C2 security patch and it works fine.
But i have two DNS domains and i don't want to create users by the hand
in each files of the C2 security even if i put '/bin/false' as the
user's shell : I've not X11 to do this with XSysAdmin & XIsso.
So i'm looking for a pop server using other files for authentification.
Is the DEC's one a good pop server and easy to configure ?
Is a better free pop server somewhere on the net ?
