Upgrade to DU4.0 question

I have a few machines at OSF/1 3.0 that I'd like to bring up to 4.0. Before I
invest any time in this, can somebody please tell me: do I have to upgrade to
3.2? first and then 4.0? I assume so, but would like a more definite answer
before I invest the time. Thanks!
