kloadserv error?

On an AlphaServer400 running OSF UNIX
before the boot can finish i get error:
"kloadserv: kernel load server already running"
this message cycle forever on the consoloe: the only way to get out is
to reset the machine.

the message persist even if I boot with
"boot -flags S"
That should put in single user mode (do you confirm?)

Is it possible I have causated it? In fact I have added this line to the
end of the inittab file:
"ms:3:/usr/local/bin/msqld"
and rebooting after it I have started to get the problem.
