Printing to HP Jetdirect from Dec-Unix via Windows NT

Hello managers
I've got a LAN with Alpha DU, Mips Ultrix, PC & MAC.
I'd like to remove all the multiple access to the jetdirect cards of
my HP printers by spooling all entries to a Windows NT server.
Windows NT may both capture Appletalk & PC printers and talk to unix lpd
daemon.
	
Everything works fine with Color Postscript Appletalk printers (Canon
CLC 300 Postscript) but i've got a problem with the HP printers from
Unix : 
I print page one by one
- The fist page doesn't print 
- The printer print the first and the next page recto-verso
- There is no form feed
- The printer still wait for data
I think the printer is waiting for an EOF or something like that.
I use Windows NT 3.51 from Tektronix (Windd , Citrix) . 
Is there a patch or a filter to add to printcap to make it work ?
