Greetings managers,
I have landed myself in a kind of predicament here. We have a
Alphaserver 2100 4/200 server and it was running DU V4.0. Then
I realized that I had to upgrade the firmware to match the cor-
rect levels. So I popped in the V3.6 Firmware update CD and
upgraded the firmware. Now, I find that my network does NOT
work at all, i.e I cannot telnet, ftp, or anything network
related does not work?? I am really stumped.
Did i make the cardinal sin of installing the OS first and
then the firmware? Is there anything that says not to do in
the above sequence? Is there a update for DEC Tulip ethernet
interface? Or the DEC DEFEA FDDI ? ( I have both)
