VXT200 terminal boot

I have a VXT200 terminal that I would like to use in my TCP/IP LAN.

I understood from the terminal documentation that the terminal needs
to load its configuration from a server on the network. The UNIX server
is running OSF1 v3.2.

Which soft do I need to install on the server in order to boot the
VXT terminal? Do I need a license for that or is it part of the
networking default license ?
