A few BIND questions

Hi.

I'm about to set up BIND. I have a few questions:


        1. Is the version supplied by Digital the same as the version
        on the net ?

                if so, which version ?
                if not, what are the differences ?

        2. Should I download the latest version from the net ?

                - if so, which version - 4.9.3 or 4.9.4 ?
