Locker Users

I'm using the AlphaServer InterNet kit for my web users. The locker
seems to be a strange animal sometimes and I need some help on the
following.

What path do I give my users who whant to use Perl as supplied in the
the Internet kit? #!/usr/bin perl does not work. Am I missing
something?
