Sendmail 8.7.5 compiling nightmare

I get this now

I do not have groff I have nroff that came with DU 3.2c...
Does that mean I have to install groff ? I did a logical link groff ---> nroff
but this does not seems to work .... the macros do not seems exists either :)
I am lost
 :(
