problem of lame server

Hello:

   I have a problem:

      I installed the BIND 4.9.3 two weeks ago, because I had a problem
with a memory overflow this message appear in the /var/adm/messages.

      Now, The problem of memory overflow disapper, but I have a new
problem "Lame server on XXX.XXX.XXX.XX", my /var/adm/messages is full
with messages like this.

     My server is a secondary name server of my country ( NICARAGUA).

     Can you help me?
