We had a crash of an Alpha 2100 with 4 275Mhz cpu's. The uerf -R
shows "panic cpu0 simple_lock: time limit_exceeded"
Is this an SMP related problem?
The system is running Oracle. At the time of the crash there
were 6 instances running but they were relatively quiet at the
time.
The system was recently upgraded from Digital Unix 3.2A to 3.2D
and LSM and ADVFS-Utils were installed and root disks were
converted from ufs to advfs and lsm.
Any clues as to what to look at next to get more info. on the
problem?
