Identd & xtacacsd Part 2.

Hi Managers.

This is the second part of my previous letter concerning coexistence
of xtacacsd and identd. I've discovered that all this (look at my
previous letter) stuff may be caused by telnet on localhost. Pretty
strange ?! When I had turned off identd my troubles disappeared.
Any ideas?
