Password issue.

Only an easy question from a beginner manager....

I 'd like to know how to disable the restrictions related to passwords, i.e, I am forced to use at less one special character and therefore I'm not able to set an all lowercase password (running DU3.2).

I think ( not sure ), I'm using the standard security level ( no upgrades since the box came ).
