Q: How to Start program for TTY

We have several VT terminals connected to DECserver-700 via LAT.

Currently Users are logging in with standard username and ORACLE forms program for data entry is started from .login.

I like to setup centralized procedure to start/restart programs to all
those screens after Database or computer restarts, so users don't have to login, but screens are started automatically.

I tried to setup dedicated ttys for DECserver 700 ports like for printers,
but cannot get it going.
For printers to startup the LAT services from latstartup.conf:
                /usr/sbin/latcp -A -p tty0i -H LAT_08002B359A89 -R PORT_4

Can anyone give me example how to setup LAT for terminals and how to start
program for specified tty.
