PROBLEM: Color Monitor and Video Card Recommendations needed

     Hello DU Administrators:
     
     We have a DEC 3000 Model 600S, running DU 3.0, with a VT510 monochrome
     monitor and would like to upgrade to a color monitor to load Windows
     NT 4.0. We have limited resources and would like to accomplish this
     upgrade as reasonably as possible. The Options Guide lists four
     variant of TURBOchannel video boards: (HX, TX, PXG+, and PXG Turbo)
     and four monitor recommendations: (VRT16-HA, VRT19-HA, and VRM17-HA,
     and VR319-DA).
     
     My QUESTION: Where can I find the least expensive color monitor and
     video card that will allow me to upgrade this beast to a Windows NT
     Server? What is a reasonable cost to do this?
