SUMMA: How do I remove quota.user and quota.group files?

Well the resounding answer is... you don't.

I haven't heard of any way to remove them without re-newfs-ing the disks and
well, that's just too much work for removing these files. I was more afraid
of them growing too much, and they don't appear to be growing at all.
