URGENT HELP NEEDED: nmake for DU?

Greetings folks,
        I am in desperate need for this utiliy? Does anyone know if there
        is a PD source for "nmake"? Does it exist? Actually one of our devel-
        opers needs it bad, I am familiar with "make" but "nmake" is foreign
        to me! Is there a conversion utility that will that will convert
        "nmake" makefiles to "make" makefiles?
