Graphics on xlock for CDE..

Hi!
        I'm having a rather odd problem when locking my display. I'm
using CDE and Digital unix 3.2c . Sometimes when I lock my desktop the
generic 'CDE' graphic will appear, however other times it will not..
Anyone have any idea what may cause this? I've also searched high and low
for that graphic and cannot seem to find it anywhere, while I had no
trouble changing the 'login' graphic, I cannot seem to find the config
file that specifies the 'lock' graphic so I can change it..

As always...responses will be summarized.
