Copying a file to /etc/passwd

        Hy OSF-Managers,

        I'm using the C "system()" function to execute CP for copy a file to
/etc/passwd.
        system("cp /tmp/FILE /etc/passwd") "this FILE have same estructure of
                                            passwd"

        But when I use the "system()" function nothing happen, the function
return 127 ( This is a error code ).
        The program that use "system()" function is a CGI and your stick bit is
on.
  
        Anybody have idea how make this ?
