SUMMARY: help with elm

hi,

        Thanks to all who replied to my mail. As per suggetions I checked
everything and it looked ok. so finally I reboot my machine and that seems to
have fixed the problem. I was seeing some rpc.lockd errors in syslog. looks
like that was the problem. But now I can use elm from all the machine....
