Hi Managers,

Some of our users are getting the following error when using
 IDL (programming language).

>
> % Unable to allocate memory: to make array.
> Not enough space

The machines have plenty of memory so I'm thinking of
 increasing the following parameters:

                   :max-per-proc-data-size=value
                   :max-per-proc-address-space=value
                   :max-per-proc-stack-size=value

However, I can't find a reference for this. Here are the
 current settings:

                    max-per-proc-data-size = 1073741824
                    max-per-proc-stack-size = 33554432
                    max-per-proc-address-space = 1073741824

I'll summerize. BTW, the machines are an Alpha 2100 with
1 GB of memory and 3 GB of swap and an Alpha 1000A with 256
MB of memory 700 MB of swap.
