Which OSF-Version shall I use?

Hi to all,

at the moment we're using OSF3.2c on all machines except one, which now
runs OSF4.0. As I saw in other mails, there is OSF3.2g and OSF4.0a
shipped.
To which version shall we upgrade at the moment?
What are the advanteges/problems of the actual version?
