RELEASE NOTES!

     Hello!
     
     I'm writing a document for the comparison of the features in v3.2f,
     v3.2g, and v4.0.
     
     Is there a DEC site which has release notes for the different versions
     or maybe someone has something in writing for this documentation?
     
     Any help will be appreciated!
