HSZ40 mirrored disks performance question and other questions

We are wondering if our mirrored disks are afecting Oracle DB performance.
Does it have a BIG impact ?

BTW, Our mirrors (2 disks/mirror) will have to be reconfigured because the
disks share the same SCSI port. We did not have any hole left in our storage
boxes where to put the disks, we'll move them when we receive a new storage
BOX. Could this be the BOTTLENECK (Same port) ?

Also, another question about the HSZ40:

How do I physically move a SINGLE UNIT CONTAINER containing data to a
different spot in the storage box in order to relieve the strain on an HSZ40
SCSI port ?

What are the steps necessary ? (Ex.: unmount the file systems that reside on
the drive, use CFMENU, etc...) I don't want to lose DATA.

Also, can we move ONE of the units contained in a mirror container without
inducing a reconstruction of the mirror ? We would like to stop all I/O on
the whole mirror, move one of the disk, tell the controller that one of the
disk has moved and restart using the mirror with the less impact possible.
Is there an easier way to do so without:

   - adding a third disk in an empty slot
   - adding this disk to the mirrorset
   - letting it reconstruct
   - remove the disk we wanted to move from the mirrorset ?

                                        TIA
