Remote Printer - It Works (Lexmark Optra)

WOW!!!! My printer works....

I would like to thank everyone that sent their suggestions. They all came in very useful.

My print now works... The following is the new improved printcap entry for my Lexmark Optra printer..

Tech_CO_laser|lp14|lpco|laserco
        :lf=/usr/adm/lp14err
        :ct=remote:\
        :lp=:\
        :rm=tech_dept_ip:\
        :rp=printer_cr:\
        :mx#0:\
        :sd=/usr/spool/lpd14:

and my /etc/hosts entry looks like this....

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX tech_dept_ip.leesummit.k12.mo.us tech_dept_ip
