SUMMARY: Additional CPUs not functioning

Thank you to all that have replied,

        The problem was resolved by both
        
        torben.leifsen_at_astro.uio.no and
        Dave Cherkus <cherkus_at_UniMaster.COM>.


The solution was to do a "clear_error CPU0", "clear_error CPU1" etc. for
each of the faulty CPUs.
