[Q] DU 3.2g process table filling up???

Hello all, this is a semi-emergency...

We're running an alphaserver 2100 with DU 3.2g, and Pathworks lanman server,
DECnet OSI, amongst other small programs. We're having trouble with the
process table filling up... has anyone had this problem before??? If so,
how did you remedy it (besides constantly rebooting it)???
