Can't find font -*-Terminal-*-*-*--*-100-*-*-*-*-*-*

Hello experts!

I am using a Silicon Graphics workstation to log into a DEC Alpha 3000-600
running DU V3.0. Whenever I create a DECterm window here is what happens:

% dxterm
X Toolkit Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-Menu-Medium-R-Normal--*-120-*-*-P-*
-ISO8859-1" to type FontStruct
Can't find font -*-Terminal-*-*-*--*-100-*-*-*-*-*-*

The DECterm window I get is Huge. Looking under "Options - Window...", I see it
is using "Little Font" -*-Terminal-*-*-*--*-140-*-*-*-*-*-*

Is this because the Silicon Graphics "can't find font
-*-Terminal-*-*-*--*-100-*-*-*-*-*-*"? If so, where can I get such a font and
how do I install it on the Silicon Graphics?

Many thanks,
