Hi Managers,
I am running an OSF1 Box with V3.2 41 alpha. The machine has been
functioning normally and all processes are intact. But, this morning I
noticed a strange message on my console Log window. It reads:
xdr_mbuf:int crosses mbufs!
xdr_mbuf:int crosses mbufs!
xdr_mbuf:int crosses mbufs!
xdr_mbuf:int crosses mbufs!
Nov20 23:44:20 Gemini last message repeated 10 times
What does this mean? I am looking at system logs but can't seem to
pinpoint anything. The machine is used primarily for a Web Server. So,
last night there should not have been any unusual load on it. One thing,
that come to mind is that the machine's uptime might have to do with it::
Gemini.atn.mci.com> uptime
10:36 up 28 days, 6 mins, 2 users, load average: 0.00, 0.02, 0.05
Gemini.atn.mci.com> vmstat

Any suggestion of clues would be helpful,
