FreePort Express no longer at NovaLink; where *is* it?

As an occasional FreePort Express user, I periodically check
to see whether there's a new version available. Today I had
a look on ftp.novalink.com, and found /pub (where it used to
live) was empty. The directory's mtime is "Dec 2 19:20", so
it looks as if it may have been removed just yesterday (some
bad timing on my part; why didn't I do this a day earlier?).

Did I miss an announcement, or something? I still have some
old netnews postings, in which various Digits assured us that
FPX would always be freely available. Unless DEC has reneged
on that promise (it certainly wouldn't be the first time, now
would it, hmm ...), I assume that it's been moved to another
location. But where? An AltaVista search didn't turn up any
pointers to a new home.
