How to add/enable a swap file on a Infoserver for a VXT2000+

I've a bunch of VXT200+ Xterminalls booting from a DEC infoserver 150 VXT Ver 3.0
Recently we upgraded to DEC UNIX 4.0A and CDE.

Some of the terminals crashes because of low memory.
These things worked quite well, up till now, aan after digging into the docs I
descovered not all terminals have a swapfile.

OK! I'll add one, but this is never exlained neither in the paper nor the online docs.

I tried to add a pagefile using

CREATE PARTITION DK1:REMOTE_#00001111 BLOCKS 10000 ERASE

This gives a error
%ESS-E_BADVALUE, value invalid ir out of range - partition name

CREATE PARTITION DK1:ECX019 BLOCKS 10000 ERASE

worked

CREATE SERVICE VXT$PAGEFILE_08002BBE373C FOR DK1:ECX019 CLASS VXT_PAGEFILE

seems to work too, but I can't figure out why some of the terminals have
DK1:REMOTE_#00004040 etc. files. I did not make them as far as I know.

Anyone can enlighten me in this subject ?
