[Q] Severity of CAM SCSI Errors

A plea for help....
Our 2 Alpha 3000/600 machines are running Decsafe. On the shared scsi bus,
Machine A uses scsi 7 and Machine A uses scsi 6 (I believe). We're receiving
errors of event type 199 (CAM SCSI) at the rate of 20 to 100 per day.
I assume because they're CAM they are by nature coming somehow from the
shared scsi bus. (I'm not sure how long we've been receiving these
messages.)

I've summarized the uerf listing below for both machines for Dec 3.
I've included the lun and target if they appeared in the uerf entry
listing. I've also included the cam string. I would greatly appreciate
any ideas on the following:

How much trouble are we in? Do we have some time, or are we
        about to come crashing down??

Can I trace the lun and target numbers back to a specific drive
and/or controller? (I assume that target 7 and target 6 are
the respective "shared scsi" id's. Is that correct?)

Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
