X-Windows and (separately) PSPA database type

Hello all,

Two separate questions:

1) This weekend we upgraded one of our machines (a 2100) from 1 to 3
processors and from 3.2D-2 to 3.2G. When we added the processors (but
before upgrading to 3.2G), the next time we booted and XDM started, it
no longer seemed capable of accurately painting the screen.
Specifically, in a dxterm, if you scroll down through a list of data,
the data also displays in a large block down and to the right of the
window (over the console box). On the other hand, if you scroll up
through a file, the data appears above and to the left of the dxterm.
DEC seems stumped. Anyone have any ideas on this? It seems as thought
the screen refresh isn't syncing up with the monitor. Oh, and we have
an EISA ATI Mach 64.

2) Does anyone one know what the database format for the Polycenter
Performance Advisor data files? The reporting facilities are somewhat
limited in dxadvise and I would prefer to right my own reports. Note
that this is not the same as the performance gauging tools distributed
with DU 4.0

TIA,

J
