[Q]:How to install Seagate disk?

Hello, All!
  I want to buy a Seagate ST15171N hard disk which
should be connected to AS 2000(OSF/1 3.2). I am not
sure whether the system supports the disk. Can anyone
who have used this model disk in a similar system
tell me How to install it ? And how to modify
/sys/data/cam_data.c to let AS recognize the disk?
