Memory and Cache for Jensen

1. Does anyone have first hand experience using generic
   RAM for the Jensen (aka DEC AXPpc 150 aka DEC 2000 model 300)?
   If so, what are the specifics of the memory? (70ns? fast page?
   parity?)

2. This machine has 512KB cache, right? Is there an upgrade
   available? Does it make a difference?
