AlphaStation 600 5/266 crashes

The above mentioned system crashes rather frequently nowadays. I wonder
if the Qlogic SCSI controller is going hayward or if any of the
StorageWorks disks (rz29B fw. rev. 0014) is bad. Anyone seen this before
(from /var/adm/crash/crash-data) ?:

_panic_string: 0xfffffc00005d7ec0 = "Unable to restart Qlogic LUN queue
after Abort!"
