SUM: kernel memory fault

Following answers:
   - Not enough Information to decide if the problem is
       hardware or software based.
   - Check first the hardware.
   - It is software trying to access a memory location that is not valid.
   - Make an update to DU4.0b, or look for patches from
       ftp.service.digital.com

The main thing I learned is never send MIME-encoded attachments if you
expect your readers to help you. MANY of them don't use MIME enabled mail.
