Solaris box polling a DU3.2d xntpd

I'm trying to setup a Solaris box to poll the xntpd daemon on a DU3.2d box. All
my other alpha's work fine, the Solaris box won't connect though. Any
suggestions on a setup in the ntp.conf on either of the boxes?
I'm not sure if the server is setup wrong, or the client is not polling
correctly.
