Memory checking tools

We are currently evaluating tools that do run-time memory checking. We
have looked at and used Memory Advisor from Platinum and have evaluated
Insure++ from Parasoft. The only other tool like this that I know of is
Purify from PureSoft but it is not available for DEC UNIX.

Does anyone know of any other tools like the above that are available
for DEC UNIX?
