Hello everyone!
I'm narrowing down a problem we're having with LAT logouts, that was
talked about here quite some time ago. The answer to this question may
help me solve this.
I have say /dev/tty5L that has a major number of 5 and a minor number of
355. Currently the 'file' command tells me it's just a 'character
special' file. My hypothesis is that LAT is using these plain terminal
devices for LAT connections and is causing our problems.
How would I change that /dev/tty5L from a character special file to a LAT
character special file????
TIA
Karl
