RM error

From: System Administrator <sysadmin_at_sba.miami.edu>

I have received this message from cron:

rm: internal synchronization error: /var/adm/syslog.dated/06-Mar-11:57,
    kern.log, user.log
rm: /var/adm/syslog.dated/06-Mar-11:57: Permission denied

What does internal sync error mean? By the time I got the message, the
directory was (apparently) successfully deleted.

Is there anything to worry about?

Thanks.
